The best time to meditate is whenever you want to, and meditating at any time of day is beneficial!
That said, here are a few recommendations based on your goals:
- If you want to improve your focus and productivity, try meditating in the morning.
- If you want to reduce stress after your school or work day, try afternoon meditation to relax and reset.
