The Plans in Balance teach lessons and skills in a systematic way, building your knowledge from one day to the next, and constantly adapting to your experience, preferences, goals, and more.
For that reason, we recommend moving through them in the order they're presented to you on the Today Tab. But, of course, this is ultimately up to you. If you find you can practice more than one Plan at a time without getting stressed or overwhelmed, then by all means go for it!
