Feeling too busy to meditate is actually a sign that you could really benefit from meditation.
That's because meditation is a pause from life's many demands. And in time, your meditation practice will actually give you back more time than it takes because it'll help you become more relaxed, productive, motivated, and resilient.
To start, try carving out just 3 to 5 minutes right when you wake up or right before you go to bed. Or if that doesn't work for you, try meditating during something you already do daily. In Balance, for example, we have an Eating Single that you can do during a snack or meal, a Walking Single you can do during a stroll around the block, a Commute Single you can do on your way to or from the office, and more.
