Here are a few things that may help when trying to complete a purchase:
- Make sure that your payment method is accepted for Apple or for Google Play.

Double-check that your payment and billing information is updated for Apple or for Google Play.
- Ensure that the payment method attached to your Apple or Google Play Store has enough funds to cover the purchase.

Check that your payment method is enabled for recurring transactions/subscriptions (not all prepaid cards allow these types of charges).
- If you're receiving the message "In-app purchases not allowed" on your Apple device, it is because in-app purchases have been disabled within your iPhone Settings.
- Please go to Settings > Screen time > Content and Privacy restrictions to check if in-app purchases are enabled. You can find more information about this here. Once in-app purchases are enabled you should be able to make a purchase from within the app.
