Refunds can typically be processed if requested within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription:
Subscribed via Apple (iOS)
To request a refund, please contact Apple using the steps below. Apple maintains full control over all transactions on the App Store and only they can provide you with a refund. We don't have access to your credit card or Apple account.
Please contact Apple support from here: https://www.apple.com/support/contact/. Then follow the steps below:
- Tap on Billings & Subscriptions
- Tap on Request a Refund
- Tap on Continue
- Tap on Get Started
- Complete the form and choose the Balance purchase from the list
- Tap on Submit
Subscribed via Google (Android)
If you purchased through Google Play within the last 30 days, we can submit a refund request, on your behalf, to the Google Play store. Please contact us with your Balance account email and we'll be happy to assist you further!
Subscribed via Stripe (web)
If you purchased through the web within the last 30 days, we can submit a refund request, on your behalf, to Stripe. Please contact us with your Balance account email and we'll be happy to assist you further!
