Balance stops while audio is playing on Android devices.

This might have something to do with your device’s battery optimization settings. Please follow the steps below:

1. Tap on your device’s Settings app.
2. Tap on Battery.
3. Tap onBattery Optimization.
4. Find Balance and choose “Don’t optimize.” 

This should allow Balance to run in the background and ensure that the audio does not stop when your phone locks.
