Not receiving daily notifications or reminders? First, please make sure that notifications are enabled both in your Balance app's settings and your device's settings. Here's how you can check each of those:
- Open the Balance app.
- Tap on Profile.
- Tap on the Settings gear in the top right corner.
- Tap on Push Notifications.
- Make sure all of the notifications you want to receive are enabled or toggled on.
- Tap on the Setting app for your device.
- Tap on Notifications.
- Make sure that Balance notifications are enabled.
