Sometimes, the link between Balance and Apple Health can disconnect, and reconnecting it restarts tracking of Mindful Minutes.
Please follow the steps below:
- Open your iPhone’s Settings app
- Tap on Health
- Tap on Data Access and Devices
- Tap on Balance
- Turn off Mindful Minutes (tap the toggle until it goes from green to grey)
Once you have done that, please do the following:
- Open the Balance app
- Tap on Profile
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on the Apple Health toggle to switch it on
- Open your iPhone’s Settings app again
- Tap on Health
- Tap on Data Access and Device
- Tap on Balance
- Turn on Mindful Minutes (tap the toggle until it goes from grey to green)
These steps should reconnect Apple Health and Balance. After doing this, please complete a meditation and double-check that it’s counting towards your Mindful Minutes in Apple Health.
