If you’re new to Balance, you can begin by following the steps below:
- Download Balance from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
- Once downloaded, open the app and tap “Get Started.”
- You’ll then be asked a series of questions to personalize your meditation experience.
- Next, you have the option to sign up with Apple, Facebook, Google, or email, depending on your device.
If you’re new to meditation, we recommend you start with our free Foundations Plan, where you’ll train your focus and reduce your anxiety by concentrating on your breath and noticing sensations in your body. If you already meditate often, you may prefer to start with our free Advanced Plan, which helps you take your meditation practice to the next level.
Each of our Plans and Singles teach fundamental meditation skills geared toward your daily goals and needs. We encourage you to begin anywhere you like! Maybe you need to bring awareness to your day, increase your focus among distractions, or find deep relaxation in moments of stress. We understand that meditation is not a one-size-fits-all. That’s why Balance is personalized to your needs and designed for you to take control of your own meditation experience!
