After purchasing a lifetime membership, please also cancel your trial or subscription to avoid auto-renewal. Once you've canceled your trial or subscription, you'll see it until it expires, at which point your account will transition into the lifetime membership without interruption. You can cancel your trial or subscription by following the directions below. Canceling your trial or subscription will not impact your lifetime access.
Please note: If you do not see the option to cancel, it's likely that your subscription was already canceled (See How can I tell if I have canceled my subscription).
Subscribed via the Apple App Store:
If your subscription was purchased through the App Store, you will need to cancel your current subscription's auto-renewal within your Apple account settings to prevent future renewals.
- Tap on the iOS Settings app on your device.
- Tap on your Apple ID (your profile photo at the top of the Settings screen).
- Tap on Subscriptions.
- Tap on Balance.
- To cancel your subscription, tap on "Cancel Subscription" in red.
If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled and you don't need to take any further action.
Subscribed via the Google Play Store:

- Go to play.google.com
- Sign in to the correct Google Account
- On the left, tap on "My subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap on "Manage"
