The instructions for deleting your account are currently different for iOS and Android devices, so please be sure to follow the instructions specific to your device.
iOS
- Open Balance
- Tap Profile
- Tap the Settings gear in the top right corner
- Tap Delete Account
- Tap Confirm deletion
If you have an active trial or subscription, you will still need to cancel directly from your iOS Subscriptions.
Android
Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available on Android devices. Please contact us to remove your account, and our support team will be happy to assist you.
